At CRAFTER60, every product is crafted and packed with care. Before dispatch, each item goes through a thorough product and packaging inspection. Still, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy is designed to keep things simple, fair, and friendly for you. 💛

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order anytime before dispatch/shipping.

How to cancel: Simply reach us via Email or WhatsApp with your order details.

Processing time: Once we receive your cancellation request, we'll process it within 2 working days and initiate your refund immediately. You'll receive your refund amount back to your original payment source.

Important note: Orders that have already been dispatched/shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Product Replacement

Replacement window: 7 days from the date of delivery (as per courier tracking).

Eligibility criteria: Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging (with box, tags, manuals, warranty card, and accessories intact).

Not eligible for replacement:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Perishable or unsuitable-for-return items

How to request a replacement:

  • Raise your replacement request via Email / WhatsApp within replacement window
  • Send the products back to our warehouse address (given below)
  • Once received and inspected, we'll dispatch your replacement as per shipping policy

⚠️ Note: You will bear shipping costs for returning replacement products.

3. Damaged, Missing or Wrong Products

We're truly sorry if you receive a product that’s damaged, missing, or wrong—we promise to make it right!

What to do:

  • Share an unboxing video (start to end) that clearly shows the issue. This video will help us thoroughly assess the situation and determine the cause of the issue.
  • Mention your order number and the affected products (damaged, missing, or wrong products).
  • Send these details to us via Email or WhatsApp within 72 hours of delivery (as per courier tracking).

Resolution — within 2 working days:

  • For affected products valued at ₹250 or less: We'll refund the amount directly to your original payment method.
  • For higher-value products: We'll resend the replacement for the affected products as per our shipping policy
  • If a replacement is out of stock: We’ll issue a coupon code or store credit of equal value (valid for 6 months).

⚠️ Important Note: We will not be able to determine your claim for affected products if an unboxing video is not provided, and hence will not be able to compensate for damaged, missing, or incorrect products.

⚠️ We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during return shipping. Please use a trackable and insured courier service. Refunds will only be processed once we receive the returned items.
