1. Shipping Coverage
Currently, we ship orders within India only.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed on the next working day and dispatched within 3 working days thereafter.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation Email / WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped.
3. Delivery Timeline
Delivery time depends on your shipping location (calculated from our warehouse located in Sirsa – 125104, Haryana).

4. Shipping Charges (within India)

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total value of your cart and will be added at checkout.
5. COD Order Processing & Shipping
For Cash on Delivery orders, we require a confirmation within 2 working days via WhatsApp, phone call or both before dispatch. This helps us ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Right to Cancel - We may cancel COD orders that appear unverified, high-risk, or potentially fraudulent.
6. Courier Partners
We work with the best available courier partners, selected based on the fastest delivery option for your PIN code.
7. Order Boxing & Packaging
- All products in your order are packed together in a single master package.
- Exceptions: DIY Art & Craft Kits or products explicitly specified otherwise.
- Individual box packaging is not provided unless mentioned.
8. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email / WhatsApp with a tracking number and link to track your package in real time.
9. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incomplete addresses, or unforeseen events.
10. Non-serviceable Pincodes
If your shipping address is in an area not serviced by our shipping partners, you'll need to provide an alternate address. Otherwise, we will cancel your order and refund any prepaid amount.
11. Incorrect Shipping Address
If your order package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, phone number or not available to receive package, we can reship it once you provide updated details.
Please note: two-way shipping charges will apply and must be paid online before the order is resent. The two-way shipping charge will be informed before dispatch and may be different from the one-way shipping cost charged while placing order.
12. Expected Delivery Date (EDD)
The Expected Delivery Date is an estimated timeline, not a guaranteed delivery day. It is calculated based on the past delivery performance of our courier partners.
In some cases, your parcel may arrive slightly earlier or later than the EDD, depending on courier operations, location, and transit conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
